Before you travel to the Temple of Uggalepih, you are to meet with the Kazham chieftainness, Jakoh Wahcondalo.

Walkthrough
Go to Kazham and talk to the Mithra leader, Jakoh Wahcondalo at J-9.
She will give you the Sacrificial Chamber Key.
