The Chamber of Oracles is said to be located in the deepest area of the Quicksand Caves.

Walkthrough
Cutscene after antican fight.
After finishing the BCNM for Zilart Mission 6, you will endup in a room.
Touch each of the 8 parts of the device in this room for a cutscene.
